Sanctum Holistic Health is a Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine clinic in Long Jetty on the New South Wales Central Coast run by partners Richard Kentwell and Kaitlin Edin.
Both are Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioners who have a deep understanding of classical and contemporary Oriental medicine.
They both practice many of its modalities. With a combination of acupuncture, moxibustion (moxa), cupping, Chinese herbs, dietary and lifestyle advice, Richard and Kaitlin can help you achieve the best of health and maintain well being.
Both Richard and Kaitlin are trained in Classical meridian therapy where the patient is treated, not the disease.

Acupuncturist | Chinese Medicine Herbalist | Remedial Massage

Richard’s original training and qualifications was in Engineering. He is a natural problem solver, and is methodical in his approach to all things.
In the early nineties, he requalified as a health practitioner, and trained within a Classical Chinese tradition in Australia (UTS) and Beijing (BUCM). He has been in practice since 2004. Over time, he has gravitated to the more contemporary Taiwanese style of Dr Tan’s, Si Yuan Balance Method and Tung's style acupuncture. He has particular interest in pain management and/or resolution. Richard is also a very experienced remedial massage therapist, with an excellent capacity to  'hear' the muscular tension of the body and then modulate pressure, technique and dosage accordingly.
